Return Policy
If you wish to return an item due to damage, incorrect product received, missing items, please contact us through email Enquiry@pilloo.co before returning your parcel. Our team will review your case and provide assistance.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will notify you within 24 hours about your refund or replacement status.
Please note that items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted or refunded.
We’re unable to process refunds for items that have been opened, used, or not returned in their original condition, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
If your item is proven faulty or physically damaged, all costs will be fully covered by Pilloo.

How will the pickup and return be arranged?
If your request is found to be valid, we will arrange the pickup of the defective product(s).
Please ensure you are available at the scheduled time and location for the collection.
What if I’m unable to schedule a pickup?
In the event that you are unable to schedule a pickup, you will be responsible for arranging your own delivery at your own expense.
What is your return period?
You may request a return or refund within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Kindly note that we’re unable to process any returns or refunds once this period has passed.
