How do I check my order status?

You can easily track your order once it has been processed and shipped.

  • Email: After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a “View your order” button. Simply click it to see the latest tracking status updated by the courier provider.
  • Customer Service on Our Website: You may also track your parcel through our Customer Service page on the website, where you can enter your tracking number directly.
  • Courier Tracking System: Alternatively, you can track your order directly through here.

If you are unable to track your order or the tracking link does not update after 3 working days, please email your tracking number to us at enquiry@pilloo.co — our team will be happy to assist you as soon as possible.

What is the Shipping & Delivery Information

Currently, we deliver orders within West Malaysia only. 💛

Enjoy a flat shipping fee of RM10 for orders below RM120 — and get FREE shipping when you spend RM120 or more!

For East Malaysia, we’re unable to ship directly to Sabah & Sarawak due to the high courier costs. For customers in East Malaysia, we recommend purchasing through our Shopee.

Please note that delivery time may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays, but we’ll always do our best to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. 💨

Do you offer international shipping?

Our delivery service is currently available within West Malaysia only. However, we are actively working on expanding our logistics partners and network, and we hope to serve international customers soon.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If your parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at enquiry@pilloo.co .

Kindly provide your Order ID or tracking number so that our team can check your parcel status and resolve the issue promptly.
